## Pilot Project

The pilot delivers a foundation, not a closed product. Freshlab installs the core infrastructure, with tenants, users and permissions already configured, and hands over a base that runs from day one. From there the client chooses: the client's own team keeps building on it with whatever development tools it prefers, including coding assistants such as Claude, or Freshlab builds alongside them, since training and development support are already part of the maintenance plans. ## EU AI Act Compliance Training (Art. 4, mandatory since February 2025)

Any company in the EU that deploys AI systems must ensure employees have sufficient AI literacy under Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. ## AI Visibility Analysis (GEO)

A consulting service that measures whether large language models name, cite and recommend a brand, and then implements the measures that change it. Measurement runs through the official APIs of ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), Claude (Anthropic), Grok (xAI) and Perplexity, always with web search enabled, using query batteries written natively in each language rather than translated. Results are reported on three separate levels, because each one fails for a different reason and is fixed by a different measure: mention (does the model write the brand name), citation (does it cite the brand's own domain as a source) and recommendation (does it recommend the brand positively). Every analysis includes a technical website check: AI crawler access in robots.txt, structured data, rendering without JavaScript, entity consistency, hreflang and answer-format content.
