Your duty of means to promote AI literacy

The EU AI Act (Art. 4), following the political agreement on the Digital Omnibus of 7 May 2026, is formulated as a duty of means to promote AI literacy among your staff and the people acting on your behalf. The framework has been in force since February 2025. Active market surveillance by the national authorities starts on 2 August 2026.
